What is the registration rate to attend?
The registration rate is $2,150. There is an early bird discount of $125 until January 31, 2025.

Do you offer a group discount on registration?
Yes, groups that register 3 or more people (at the same time) will receive a $200 discount off the third registrant and any additional registrants after that. To obtain the discount code, please contact Jennifer Bell at jbell@aluminum.org. 

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancelation requests must be made in writing to Jennifer Bell at jbell@aluminum.org. The deadline for receiving a 100% refund is March 14, 2025. The deadline for receiving a 50% refund is April 11, 2025. No refunds will be issued after April 11, 2025.

Can my spouse attend? If so, what may they attend?
Yes, you have the option to register your spouse as a guest. The registration rate is $350. Registered spouses may attend:

•    The Wednesday Welcome Reception 
•    The Spouse/Guest Activity and Lunch
•    The Thursday Evening Reception and Dinner

Only spouses who are registered may participate in event activities.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for the 2025 Spring Meeting is Business Casual. Attendees typically wear blazers and slacks, as well as polos and khakis. For the fun activity, attendees typically change into jeans and tennis shoes. 

For the golf tournament, please note that the course prohibits players from wearing the following items:

•    Denim Jeans or Jean Shorts
•    T-Shirts or Tank Tops
•    Non-Collared Workout Shirts
•    Workout or Basketball Shorts
•    Flip Flops
•    Ripped Shirts or Pants
•    Button Ump Shirts
•    Leggings
•    Jumpsuits

What is the nearest airport to the conference venue?
The 2025 Spring Meeting will be held at the  Biltmore Miami-Coral Gables. The closest airport is the Miami International Airport (MIA) at 3.7 miles. It is about a 14 minute cab ride from the property. Other nearby airports include Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport (FLL) at 24.4 miles.
